Terms & Conditions

Peerdict is a product of UDORBOX LTD (RC9242157). These terms govern your use of Peerdict and form an agreement between you and UDORBOX LTD. The rules displayed for a pool also apply when you enter it.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Peerdict, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and use Peerdict only where the service is lawful for you.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login and verification details secure, and notify support promptly about activity you do not recognize. Verification may be required to protect users, process transactions, or meet legal obligations.

3. Pools and predictions

Review a pool’s entry fee, closing time, prediction requirements, scoring, platform fee, and prize details before confirming. Your entry is governed by the rules shown for that pool. Predictions cannot be changed after the pool closes.

4. Results and prizes

Winners and prizes are determined using the scoring and prize rules displayed for the pool. Settlement may be delayed while match information is confirmed or an issue is reviewed. A prize is credited only after the pool has been settled.

5. Payments and withdrawals

Entry fees, platform fees, and available prizes are shown in the applicable flow. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to identity, security, balance, payment-provider, and other required checks. Processing times can vary. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Available leave and cancellation options depend on the pool’s status and your role. If Peerdict cancels a pool that cannot be settled, any refund due will be processed to the appropriate account. Reviews and payment providers may affect timing. Nothing in these terms removes a cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Fair use

Do not use Peerdict for fraud, money laundering, collusion, account abuse, unauthorized automation, harassment, or attempts to exploit defects. We may restrict activity or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent harm, subject to applicable law.

8. Data and availability

Match information may come from third-party providers and may be corrected. Peerdict may be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider disruption, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Privacy and intellectual property

We handle personal information for operating and protecting the service, processing transactions, providing support, and meeting legal obligations, subject to applicable law. Peerdict’s software, branding, content, and design are owned by or licensed to UDORBOX LTD and may not be misused.

10. Changes, rights, and support

We may update the service and these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
